Product Description

Water based PU dispersion Glue Vacuum Membrane Press Adhesive for Door Panel

This water-based vacuum membrane press adhesive is specially formulated for molded door panels and cabinet doors. Suitable for MDF, fiberboard, solid wood substrates bonding with PVC foil, acrylic film and decorative skin under vacuum pressure. 

It features excellent leveling and fluidity under high temperature and negative pressure, ensuring bubble-free, non-whitening and spot-free deep curve wrapping. Fast initial positioning plus strong final cohesion; anti-shrinkage and anti-rebound after cooling, high temperature & moisture resistance without edge opening or delamination. 

E0 low-formaldehyde eco-friendly grade with mild odor, compatible with automatic vacuum press lines. Smooth surface, beautiful finish and long durability — ideal adhesive for mass production of interior doors and cabinet door panels.

Packing & Delivery

1. It is non-hazardous goods and can be shipped as general cargo.
2. Avoid freezing: Water-based adhesive will lose effectiveness below 0°C. Keep warm in winter.
3. Keep containers sealed and intact to prevent leakage.
4. Protect from direct sunlight and high temperature.
5. Store upright, do not invert or stack under heavy pressure.
6. Recommended temperature: 5°C – 35°C.
7. Keep away from food, feed and drinking water.
